Quali dati raccogliamo

Raccogliamo solo i dati che ci scrivete voi nel modulo “Fai una Richiesta”: nome e cognome, indirizzo email, numero di telefono (facoltativo), le date di soggiorno, il numero di persone e l’eventuale messaggio.

Come ogni sito, il server registra inoltre alcuni dati tecnici di navigazione (indirizzo IP, data e ora, tipo di browser), necessari al funzionamento e alla sicurezza.

Perché li usiamo

Li usiamo solo per rispondere alla vostra richiesta di informazioni o disponibilità e per gli eventuali contatti che ne derivano. Non li usiamo per pubblicità, non facciamo profilazione e non li cediamo a nessuno.

La base giuridica è il riscontro a una vostra richiesta e l’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali, insieme al consenso che date spuntando la casella nel modulo.

Per quanto tempo li teniamo

Conserviamo la richiesta per il tempo necessario a gestirla e, se non si concretizza un soggiorno, non oltre 24 mesi. I dati legati a un soggiorno effettivo seguono i termini di legge fiscali e amministrativi.

Chi può vederli

I dati sono visibili solo a chi gestisce il B&B. Possono trattarli, come responsabili e solo per motivi tecnici, i fornitori del servizio di hosting e di posta elettronica. Non vengono diffusi né trasferiti fuori dall’Unione Europea.

Cookie

Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione e non impiega strumenti di statistica o tracciamento.

Nel footer è presente una mappa di Google Maps. Alla prima visita vi chiediamo il consenso con un banner: finché non accettate, la mappa non viene caricata e Google non riceve alcun dato. Se accettate, Google può impostare propri cookie secondo la sua informativa. La vostra scelta resta memorizzata sul vostro dispositivo per un anno, dopodiché ve la chiediamo di nuovo; potete cambiarla quando volete con il link “Gestisci i cookie” in fondo a ogni pagina. Il sito in sé non imposta alcun cookie: gli unici possibili sono quelli di Google all’interno della mappa, e solo dopo il vostro consenso.

Se scegliete l’inglese, anche la lingua resta memorizzata sul vostro dispositivo, al solo scopo di mostrarvi le pagine nella lingua scelta; non è un cookie e non viene inviata a nessuno.

Per proteggere il modulo dagli invii automatici usiamo un semplice campo nascosto che i programmi automatici compilano e le persone no: nessun servizio esterno, nessun cookie, nessun dato in più raccolto su di voi.

Who handles your data

What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us in the “Make a request” form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the dates of your stay, the number of guests and any message you add.

Like every website, the server also records some technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, browser type), which it needs in order to work and to stay secure.

Why we use it

We use it only to reply to your request for information or availability, and for any follow-up contact that comes from it. We do not use it for advertising, we do no profiling and we never pass it on to anyone.

The legal basis is replying to your request and taking pre-contractual steps, together with the consent you give by ticking the box in the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need to handle it and, if it does not turn into a stay, for no more than 24 months. Data relating to an actual stay is kept for the periods required by Italian tax and administrative law.

Who can see it

Your data can only be seen by the people who run the B&B. The providers of our hosting and email services may process it, as data processors and for technical reasons only. It is never published or transferred outside the European Union.

Cookies

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.

The footer contains a Google Maps map. On your first visit we ask for your consent with a banner: until you accept, the map is not loaded and Google receives no data at all. If you accept, Google may set its own cookies according to its privacy policy. Your choice is stored on your device for one year, after which we ask you again; you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. The website itself sets no cookies at all: the only possible ones are Google's, inside the map, and only after you have given your consent.

If you switch to English, the language you chose is also stored on your device, only so that the pages are shown in that language; it is not a cookie and is never sent to anyone.

To protect the form from automated submissions we use a simple hidden field that bots fill in and people don't: no external service, no cookies, no extra data collected about you.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent. Just write to info@acasadiantonella.it.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
